Head of Facilities Management Descriptions As a reputable DSS English Primary School, we focus on nurturing students with 21st Century skills and maintaining high teaching standards. To strengthen our backend support, we are looking for talents to join us to build a quality education platform together: Job Descriptions Responsible for planning and management of fitting out projects to support school development Develop layout plan for new projects and handle E&M design Manage the tendering process, evaluation and appointment of contractors / nominated subcontractors and suppliers Liaise with operations team to improve workflow and implementation in new projects Provide technical support, quality control and perform site supervision Capable in liaising and collaborating with local government authorizes, consultants, design institute, contractors, vendors Manage project plan, site works qualify and construction cost Work independently and co-ordinate with in-house teams for all project related activities Responsible for all documents for communicating with EDB in related to facilities management Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or above in Architectural Studies, E&M Engineering or equivalent Over 2 years of experience in the construction industry Proven experience in project management / site construction Responsible for site coordination with internal and external parties Handle statutory submission / shop drawings and materials submissions independently Familiar with E / M design and installation Priority will be given to candidates with property maintenance or facilities management experience Proactive, independent, detail-minded with excellent planning & organization skills Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills Proficient in computer applications MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese #J-18808-Ljbffr
