Client Static Data Management Associate, Global Private Bank Client Account Documentation & Static Data Our Client Representing top ranking global private bank to search for Client Data and Documentation Associate/Assistant Manager to be part of the North Asia team. Job Duties Accountable for client data accuracy in accordance to HKMA requirements Responsible for reviewing account opening documentation and data maintenance Serve as the bridge between front office, business management, KYC and compliance teams Advise and resolve any new and periodic client documentation related enquiries Support regional ad hoc projects and any automation or digitalisation initiatives Requirements Degree holder with 4 years+/-steady account opening documentation and maintenance experience earned from int’l private bank Detail oriented and positive team player with knowledge of Avaloq is a definite advantage Understanding of HKMA and AML requirements Strong communication skill in English, Mandarin and Cantonese Excellent corporate culture & Job security Job Duties As the senior management of the Payment & Operations Team Oversight the HK payment daily operations and ensuring alignment with SGP team along with continuous review of procedures to ensure best practices Accountable for payment related incident management and provide satisfactory client support Int’l Buyside Opportunity w/Hybride work mode Dynamic AP MO & Transformation Project Regional Middle Office Hire Job Duties Work closely with portfolio managers and business partners from daily operations support including trade matching/confirmation, investment operations/settlement to resolving any trade discrepancies of multi-asset investment products Ensure timely and accurate transaction/operation processes by regulatory and corporate governances Act as the SME to promote operational efficiency and facilitate the successful transformation of the trading system As part of the North Asia Operations & Payment Team Daily processing of cash/cheque payment and remittance that called for liaison with internal/external counterparts across the region Resolve any transaction issues on a timely basis and ensure fulfilment of regulatory requirements HKMA regulated European Based Private Bank Payment/Cash Operations/Approval and Projects Worklife Balance and Competitive Benefits Job Duties As the deputy team leader to oversight daily in/out cash/cheque payment that called for liaison with internal/external counterparts across the region Resolve any transaction issues on a timely basis and ensure fulfilment of regulatory requirements Key stakeholder to drive periodic procedural review and system automation to support regulatory and new product changes #J-18808-Ljbffr
