Technical Coordinator (Architectural) China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Company" or "China State Hong Kong") started its construction business in Hong Kong in 1979. The Company engages in building construction and civil engineering works. China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Port Works”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks”. Qualifications And Experience Degree in Architectural Studies/Building Studies and have minimum TWO(2) years relevant working experience related to architectural works; or High Diploma in Architectural Studies and have THREE (3) years relevant experience; or Possessing minimum SEVEN (7) years drafting experience of local construction projects in an architectural firm; and Possessing a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (GreenCard) and is required to carry out site inspection, site meeting and site measurement periodically related to the project; and Ad equate and good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, PhotoShop, Coreldraw, Google SketchUp, BIM softwares and passing the selection interview conducted by the Project Manager or his delegate. Duties And Responsibilities To work in the offices of Architectural Services Department at Queensway Government Offices under the supervision and direction of the Project Manager or his delegate.
