Responsibilities Business Development: Handle new customer setup process. Work closely with designers and merchandising team. Conduct market research to analyze trends, understand customer needs and identify competitive advantages. Proactively contact new/potential customers through email. Responsible for sales on online platforms, such as Alibaba. Answer and manage customer enquiry phone line and email inbox. Prepare costing, following sample development and ship out parcels. Prepare presentation materials e.g. PowerPoints/video. Attend / organize trade shows and fairs. Qualifications Diploma holder in marketing, merchandising or related disciplines. Experience in the fabric & garment field is a plus. Strong communication skills, independent, proactive and positive. Sense of fashion and creativity. Extensive knowledge of MS Office. Preferably familiarity with languages such as Japanese. Benefits Competitive salary with 13th month salary. Generous bonuses and commission. Bank Holiday.
