Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for front‑line and business development role for HK and China team Spearhead recruitment efforts for high-priority and high-volume technical positions Proactively source and engage top-tier talent through multiple channels, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques, job portals, and professional networks like LinkedIn Focus on recruiting for the payment/fintech/SaaS industry Partner directly with business leaders to understand immediate and long‑term hiring needs, defining strategic hiring plans for particular business units Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the global recruitment process and framework Lead and participate in special ad‑hoc projects Assist in managing recruitment agency/vendor relationships, including reviewing contracts and negotiating terms Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring Demonstrated experience in recruiting for the fintech/payment/SaaS space is highly preferred Proven ability to conduct market research and market mapping to identify suitable candidates and provide insights on the latest hiring trends to clients/stakeholders Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workable or similar platforms Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the candidate experience and offer management process effectively Benefits Why Join Kody?
