They are seeking a Business Development and Partnership Manager (Middle East) to join the dynamic team. Responsibilities Build and nurture strong relationships with external partners, focusing on organizations, cultural institutions, and lifestyle brands in the Middle East. Identify and secure collaborations that strengthen the club's cultural presence and brand image. Collaborate with regional offices to co-develop initiatives and maximize resources within our ecosystem. Design, plan, and execute regular events for members, ensuring each experience is unique, engaging, and aligned with the club's identity. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth event operations. Oversee event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful execution. Curate exclusive experiences that highlight cultural richness, tailored to our members' interests. Collect feedback to continuously improve event offerings, aiming to exceed member expectations. Partner with marketing, branding, and operations teams to enhance the effectiveness of partnerships and events. Maintain consistent brand representation across all initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in any field. Demonstrated experience in business development, partnership management, or event planning and cultural programming. Deep understanding and passion for Middle Eastern culture, arts, and traditions. Established connections with organizations and businesses in the Middle East. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while paying close attention to detail. Creative mindset with a talent for curating unique and memorable experiences. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other Middle Eastern languages is a plus.
