Ensure all directions and guidelines from management are followed properly. Ensure smooth communication and consistent work practices are in place to facilitate the achievement of sales and customer service targets. Monitor customers' feedback, service standard and general performance. Support Boutique Manager in development through training, coaching, and use of KPI. Candidate Profile Post‑secondary education or above. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in luxury products, preferably in watch and jewelry business, and at least 2 years at management level. Pleasant, customer‑oriented and team player. Strong leadership and people‑management skills. Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Proficiency in MS Office suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
