Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing & Promotion Department Add expected salary to your profile for insights Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve customer acquisition goals Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms to foster community engagement and brand loyalty Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and digital advertising Acquire, manage, and segment customer databases to ensure data accuracy, compliance with regulations, and effective campaign targeting Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing performance Requirements Degree holder in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field with a major in Marketing Minimum of 9 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns Strong proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads. Extensive experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese.
