Associate Director, Finance (Immediately Available Preferred) Our client is a leading media buying and media investment group and they are looking for an Associate Director to lead the accounting team. Key Responsibilities Accounting Operations & Management Lead end‑to‑end accounting and finance functions, including operations, reporting, taxation, governance, and compliance. Oversee daily accounting activities, such as general ledger maintenance, preparation of financial statements, and management reports. Supervise billing/invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and client audit support. Coordinate with shared service centres to ensure accurate and timely task completion. Provide insights to management by analysing monthly Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and KPI reports. Compliance, Governance & Audit Ensure adherence to SOX requirements and maintain robust internal control systems. Lead annual audit processes and collaborate with external auditors, internal auditors, SOX auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies. Business Partnership & Strategic Support Support senior leadership in managing agency operations and department performance. Drive and execute ad‑hoc initiatives and projects as required by various stakeholders. Supervise daily work within the Finance team and motivate team members to achieve functional objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Commerce, Law, Finance, or Accounting. At least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial position. Qualified accountant with 12+ years of combined auditing and commercial experience. Experience in external, internal, and SOX audits. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. A collaborative team player with a results‑driven and proactive approach. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Familiarity with large-scale, systematic accounting systems. Experience in marketing communications, media, or e‑commerce sectors is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
