Role Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Digital Asset Operations Associate to support day‑to‑day execution under our virtual asset licenses, drive operational excellence with partners, and assist with administrative processes that keep our business running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on Crypto/Web3 experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. Key Responsibilities Support trade execution, operational workflows, and business development activities within licensed virtual asset frameworks. Coordinate internal processes, documentation, compliance reviews, and communications with counterparties and partners. Serve as an operational point of contact for partners; follow up on daily operational matters and SLAs. Assist the team in executing digital asset initiatives and routine operational tasks, including onboarding, reconciliations, and reporting. Handle basic administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth internal operations, maintaining records, documentation repositories, and operational ledgers accurately and on time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university. Minimum 1 year of related work experience. Demonstrated experience in Crypto/Web3 (e.g., exchanges, custodians, DeFi, blockchain projects, or digital asset operations). Skills and Competencies Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills; able to work cross‑functionally with compliance, legal, tech, and business teams. High ownership, attention to detail, and bias for action; able to manage multiple priorities with tight timelines. Proficient in written English; comfortable drafting and maintaining operational documentation. Familiarity with operational tools and processes in digital assets (e.g., wallet operations, settlement, KYC/AML workflows, reconciliations) is a plus.
