We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Asset Team. This role is crucial to our crypto organization, as it involves being hands-on with operations of digital assets, ensuring security, efficiency, and compliance within the rapidly evolving crypto industry. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the ability to navigate various crypto platforms and protocols. Responsibilities Manage Digital Asset Operations: Take charge of day-to-day operations related to digital assets, including but not limited to cryptocurrencies, tokens, and other digital assets. Monitor transactions, exchanges, and transfers, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance. Security and Risk Management: Implement robust security measures to protect digital assets from potential threats such as hacks, fraud, and unauthorized access. Stay updated with the latest security practices and protocols in the crypto industry to mitigate risks effectively. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Stay informed about relevant crypto regulations and compliance obligations in different jurisdictions. Ensure that digital asset operations adhere to the applicable laws and regulations, implementing necessary procedures and documentation. Blockchain Network Maintenance: Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the smooth operation of blockchain networks supporting digital assets. Monitor network performance, address technical issues, and propose improvements to optimize efficiency and scalability. Asset Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of digital assets, including their ownership, transactions, and other relevant data. Generate regular reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors, providing transparency and accountability. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and enhance digital asset operations. Propose and implement process improvements, automation, and innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks. Industry Research and Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the crypto industry. Conduct research on emerging digital assets, platforms, and technologies, sharing insights and recommendations with the team. Requirements / Skill Sets Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in blockchain technology or cryptocurrency management are a plus. Proven experience in digital asset operations, preferably within the crypto industry. In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and cryptocurrency exchanges. Familiarity with crypto wallets, custody solutions, and secure key management. Strong understanding of crypto regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in using blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, and trading platforms. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues effectively. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, security, and compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing crypto industry landscape.
