As we expand our digital footprint, we are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing and Sales Manager - eCommerce to drive Bar Pacific’s online sales strategy, bringing our unique bar culture into the digital space and making our products accessible anytime, anywhere. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new accounts, establish and nurture sales contacts to maximize the company's e-commerce sales and profitability, and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with e-commerce customers Develop and manage Bar Pacific’s official online store and digital sales channels Optimize product listings (cocktail sets, wines, spirits, party packages) to maximize conversions Collaborate with the marketing team to run online campaigns (social media, email, SEO, paid ads) Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities Manage logistics, payment gateways, and customer service for online orders Explore partnerships with delivery platforms and e-commerce marketplaces Support online promotion of brand events to strengthen customer engagement and awareness Requirements Bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, Marketing, Business, or related field Demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in the field Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail Strong knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising Excellent communication and project management skills Passion for the F&B and entertainment industry, with a drive for digital innovation What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunity to shape Bar Pacific’s digital future Dynamic team environment with strong growth potential Participation in exclusive events to experience Bar Pacific’s culture firsthand Be part of one of Hong Kong’s most iconic bar groups, contributing to the evolution of entertainment culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
