Digital Marketing Officer/Manager

Responsibilities SEO and SEM: Help with keyword research, SEO optimization and support the management of paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to improve traffic and lead generation. Social Media Support: Assist in setup of the main social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, etc.) and support in creating and posting content to build and engage with the audience. Content Creation: Create and optimize digital content, including landing pages, social media posts and websites to drive engagement and conversions. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, familiar with Google Analytics. Website Revamp Assistance: Support the website revamp process, collaborating with the design and development teams to ensure the site is optimized for user experience, performance and SEO. Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams (marketing, content, design) to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and alignment with business goals. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in marketing strategy, project management, campaign management preferably with experience in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, webmastering, advertising or digital marketing agencies. Hands‑on experience in setting up social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and creating initial content to grow the platforms. Strong communication skill and coordination work is essential. Familiarized with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Tik Tok, etc. Demonstrated knowledge of sales processes and business development methodologies, with the capacity to identify opportunities for marketing to impact the sales funnel effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Candidate with more experience may be considered as Digital Marketing Manager.
