Merchandiser/Sales Coordinator - Gloves/Clothing and sportwear To support and retain rapid growth of the Company, we are urgently looking for a competent professional to join our high performance team. Responsibilities Well known of merchandising process and handling customers' requests professionally starting from sourcing, development, sampling to bulk production; Closely liaise with customers, factories and internal team to ensure development through production procedures and quality issues are running smooth and meet deadline Negotiate the best price with customers, sourcing agents and factories; Not only handling the existing customers base, but also had the ability to develop the new customers base to achieve the sales target and other KPIs; Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned Requirements Higher Diploma or Degree in Textile and Apparel Preferred At least 8 years’ solid experience in merchandising field in handling GARMENT/Clothing/Sport Wear/Sport shoes from medium to medium-high product. Familiar with BOTH UK/USA and ASIAN MARKETS Good sense on fashion design and with concept of tooling manufacturing for prints and trims Great time management, well organized, proactive team and result-oriented, flexible and be capable to follow up client's requirements effectively and in professional manner Attentive to details and problem solving mindset is prerequisite Sound PC skills – Word Processing, Excel and Power Point Excellent in both written and oral English, Cantonese and Mandarin Candidates with less experience can be considered as Assistant Merchandiser/Sales Coordinator; Work place based in Hong Kong, travel to China and other Asian countries is highly essential.
