Distribution Manager APAC H/F – Thélios Born from the will of LVMH Group, world leader in luxury, to establish itself in the eyewear sector, Thélios designs, produces and distributes sunglasses and optical frames for some of its most prestigious Maisons: Dior, Fendi, Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Stella McCartney, Kenzo, Berluti, Fred, Bulgari, Tag Heuer, Barton Perreira and Vuarnet. With its Manifattura, located in Longarone, Italy, Thélios blends the distinct identity of each Maison with Italian craftsmanship to create exceptional luxury eyewear. Thélios offers its own “enlightened look” on the sector, providing the highest level of quality and excellence both in its products and service. We are now looking for a candidate based in Hong Kong who can develop APAC business to join our dynamic team as: Responsibilities Selective Distribution Management: Oversee the implementation and monitoring of the selective distribution strategy across Asia Pacific, covering key accounts, chain and independent stores, department stores, and duty‑free outlets. Ensure network quality through contractual management and regular audits. Retail Space & Visual Merchandising: Negotiate for permanent retail space and execute the Institutional Fixtures strategy in priority locations. Drive brand visibility by ensuring flawless visual merchandising across all points of sale. 360° Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the Marketing team to deploy comprehensive seasonal activities—including window displays, pop‑ups, HPP, and SPP—aimed at increasing brand awareness, boosting sell‑out performance, and growing market share. Training & Development support: Coordinate with Marketing to implement training programs for the sales force and key retail partners, ensuring consistent brand representation and service quality. New Collection Launches & Business Development: Present new collections three times annually at major events to facilitate order intake and negotiate new business opportunities. Operational Support: Provide ongoing support to the Thélios sales force and distributors regarding orders, deliveries, product allocation, and stock management to optimize business performance, uphold brand standards, and achieve KPIs. Brand/Door budget Oversight: Lead the implementation and follow‑up of budget reviews to ensure financial objectives are met. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree holder. 3+ years of experience in the luxury industry (preferable eyewear, fashion, accessories, or jewelry). Great inter‑relational skills and team‑player attitude. Ability to understand wholesale business stakes and to manage from operation to strategic problematics. Excellent analytical abilities with the ability to create and analyze key data using Excel. Proactive, independent, decision manager to drive the business forward. Strong product sensitivity & attention to details; strong sense of the field.
