Requirements Eager to build a healthy and productive team. 2‑year or above working experience in insurance and financial planning industry. 1‑year or above with MDRT / COT / TOT qualification. 1‑year or above management experience in our industry. Bachelor degree holder or above. Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, passionate for winning and proactive. A responsible team player. Excellent communicator with splendid analytical and organising skill. Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
