Key Responsibilities Utilize market insights and industry knowledge to drive informed decision-making with clients, impacting commercial and operational performance of suppliers Gain and manage stakeholder engagement at all appropriate levels and influence effectively Provide input into the client’s scope of requirements and specification design, proposing best practice approaches to the market Develop robust strategies that challenge clients’ thinking and drive cost transformation Develop negotiation plans and manage the negotiation process with client and suppliers Provide commercial input on contract terms and conditions with suppliers Agree on mobilization plans and manage activities with client and suppliers as required Contribute to the development of Proxima’s internal knowledge development in the Professional Services category About You Strong professional services category knowledge – HR, Legal, Consultancy, Audit, BPO, Travel Proven track record in delivering high-quality, strategic procurement projects Change management experience Demonstrable experience of articulating value propositions to clients Excellent planning, negotiation, and written & oral communication skills Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint presentation, and data analytical skills Flexibility to travel across the region as required to support client requirements Business fluency in any Asian languages will be desirable Why Proxima Our culture at Proxima is unique and is what makes us stand out.
