Overview Ensuring the smooth operation and financial performance of all businesses. Generate comprehensive feasibility studies, analysis, and recommendations supporting company projects relating to Food and Beverage. Create and utilise clear lines of communication between major stakeholders in both dimensions of the job purpose. Collaborate, effectively communicate and situationally lead relevant support departments in all initiatives relating to the dual nature of the job purpose. Lead concept development together with internal team and transition this into effective and timeous project execution by way of managing all aspects of the Pre-Opening, Opening and Post opening operations. Assume accountability in driving innovation, ideation, and strategic solutions to underperforming businesses; as well as capitalising on successful, internal businesses that may serve as clear case studies. In the pursuit of development ensure upmost adherence to policies and procedures relating to high-risk scopes that might include legal, operational risk, security, people & culture, and licensing requirements. Foster a culture of creative and commercial excellence, with a strong focus on talent development and talent pipeline planning for the business. Other related administrative and leadership responsibilities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 10+ years of progressive F&B leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within the premium F&B sector. Proven track record in strategic planning and execution of F&B operations across multiple outlets. Strong knowledge of culinary trends, beverage programs, and service standards in premium environments. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management for large-scale operations. Deep understanding of guest-centric service culture and ability to maintain brand standards. Expertise in designing innovative dining concepts and enhancing overall guest experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with culinary, marketing, and finance teams. Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
