Senior Marketing Officer (Event Management, Growth & Partnership) Assist in the development and execution of marketing programs, result-driven events and card acquisition campaigns to achieve business targets. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with partners and merchants for premium sourcing, offer liaison and launching of various acquisition & spending campaigns. Assist in monitoring budget & expenses, production, logistics, operations and manpower support. Liaise with stakeholders, business partners and merchants to optimize loyalty & reward programs, customer journeys and CRM systems. Be present at events to oversee event operations and assist the team whenever required. Ensure acquisition procedures and branding messages are properly followed. Handle all customer enquiries and complaints when needed. Conduct briefing sessions and act as Key Contact Person in case of emergency. Propose recommendations to streamline and enhance operational processes. Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality or equivalent, HKQF level 5. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Marketing or Event Management. Good command of Korean language skills (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, self‑motivated, detail‑minded and able to work under pressure. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Participate in any in‑/out‑door marketing events outside office hours. Immediately available is highly preferred.
