We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Principle Data Scientist . Principal Responsibilities In this role you will Front business stakeholders across the bank as the domain SME to identify, scope and prioritize Machine Learning / Data Science opportunities. You will be in charge of translating business requirements into concrete data science solutions and work out delivery plan with Data team and IT team Design, develop, and train robust and scalable Machine Learning models (e.g., regression, classifiers, clusters, outliers), for production Oversee the full lifecycle of the models from ideation to production. Performing monitoring, maintenance, governance work and follow-ups/improvements where needed Qualifications - Internal To be successful you will need Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning model development, with strong years of hands‑on coding experience in building, optimizing and monitoring production grade ML solutions In-depth understanding of the state‑of‑art application of Machine Learning in financial industries to drive customer lifecycle and business growth Hands on experience in querying and manipulating large datasets in BigQuery or other similar SQL‑based data warehouse solutions Proven expertise in the end‑to‑end ML lifecycle from idea to deployment, as well as the monitoring of models for performance and possible degradation Proficient communication skills in directly facing senior business stakeholders, with consultancy experience preferred Experience with model governance would be highly desirable, as tasks such as writing detailed model documentation to comply with local regulation are also within the scope of the role #J-18808-Ljbffr
