For further information, please visit Position Description Under the IT COO office, this role is responsible for delivering strategic programs, governance on all IT projects – act as a primary liaison between IT COO and headquarters. Key Areas of Responsibilities As a PMO, be accountable for governance of IT projects as per the PMO guidelines. Work closely with headquarter to liaise IT programs to ensure strategies are carried out smoothly. Manage and deliver enterprise level programs (from funding, to SDLC, to closure). Govern the projects as per the PMO guidelines and policies. Provide regular updates to department heads and Beijing HQ. Prepare project status reports on a regular basis for various stakeholders. Translation of governance reports to higher management of parent company. Review existing guidelines and policies and update them as per need of the firm. Requirements Bachelor degree in business related discipline. Around 10 years of relevant experience in Investment banking, Brokerage or Technology firms. Less experience could be considered as PMO Manager. Excellent analytical skills, logic and numeracy. Strong communicator, organized and methodical by nature. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a MUST. Proficiency in Excel (pivots, reconciliation of large data sets, basic analytics). Strong understanding of PMO role & function. Candidate must be able to articulate the value-add they can bring to the PMO function and organization. Experience and knowledge of Investment banking front-back office functional flows is preferred. Experience with project management tools, budgeting, working with vendors and/or off-shore teams will be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
