Overview We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Senior AI Specialist to be a key member of our ongoing transformation of project accounting, finance, and administrative systems. The role combines financial understanding, data intelligence, and practical problem‑solving to make financial processes easier, faster, and more intuitive —making financial information instantly accessible and effortless for business leaders, particularly when developing service proposals where clarity and speed are essential. Working closely with finance leadership, you will design AI‑enabled tools, streamline workflows, and reduce administrative burden of our business leaders across project accounting, finance, and administration functions. This role offers strong visibility, innovation space, and the opportunity to shape how AI supports our teams regionally and globally. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the AI Transformation Strategy: Support the development and rollout of AI and automation initiatives across project accounting, finance, and administration, ensuring they align with business priorities, operational needs, and data governance. Identify opportunities for AI to improve access to financial information, enhance forecasting, streamline processes, and strengthen long‑term financial insight capabilities across the organization. Build and Integrate Intelligent Capabilities: Develop user‑friendly workflows and AI tools that automate repetitive tasks, improve reporting, reduce manual effort, and make financial information easier to access and apply for proposals and project planning. Collaborate with project, finance, and operations teams to integrate solutions globally and explore user‑focused AI applications that enhance daily work for business leaders and support teams. Enable Predictive and Insightful Financial Management: Apply AI and analytics to enhance forecasting, profitability analysis, and early risk/opportunity detection, presenting insights in clear, actionable formats. Build dashboards, adaptive models, and conversational tools that deliver real‑time financial insights to help business leaders make quicker, more informed decisions. Preferred Qualities Hands‑on, practical, and able to turn business needs into scalable AI solutions. Curious, forward‑looking, and motivated to modernize finance and administrative processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, Finance, or related fields. 5–8 years of experience in AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation, ideally within financial or project‑based environments. Understanding of project accounting or financial workflows is advantageous. Experience with machine learning, NLP, data modeling, or automation tools. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills.
