Manager/ Vice President, IT Infrastructure Add expected salary to your profile for insights Responsible for the maintenance, configuration and reliable supports of various infra systems, servers and virtualization farm in more than 1000 Server VM farm. Assist critical infrastructure and cloud projects and manage according to the schedule, cost and deliverables. Ensure the Server Farm Environment comply with company standard and compliance requirement. Provide Infrastructure resources planning including procedural documentation and relevant reports to support management. Manage infrastructure team and provide smooth support for all intra-system and daily operations. Implement any cloud upgrades plan to enhance system uptime. Assist to manage, develop, deploy and maintain VDI and mobile solutions to ensure the secure and efficient management of mobile devices and applications. Provide effective workflow on monitoring on servers and perform proper remedy actions to ensure minimum impacts to server performance and up-time. Provide Security Patching and OS End of Live Upgrade on all related infrastructure facilities. Ensure all infrastructure environments are running with HA, DR and BCP standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business goals. Job specification: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related disciplines. 5 to 8 years of related experience, experience in financial institution is a plus. Strong knowledge and technical skills on Server administrations, VDI, Security patching and System and Server HA, DR & BCP exercises. Hands‑on experience in Microsoft & VMware Products including AD, Exchange, Azure, M365, ADFS, Configuration Manager, Teams, VDI, Airwatch etc. Professional system related qualification (e.g. MCSE, Azure, M365, VCP, NetApp etc.) is an added advantage. Team player and able to work independently. Willing to adapt the environment to support the rapidly expanding financial institution. Proactivity to learn new skills and knowledge regularly. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
