As a Deskside Support Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to effectively manage and resolve IT-related issues. Our client is a well-established entity in the Technology & Telecoms industry. Description Lead, coordinate, and support a small technical team providing end-user and network support services. Act as the primary contact and onsite escalation point for deskside and network support activities. Manage and distribute daily workloads among engineers while remaining actively involved in hands‑on support tasks. Oversee incident and request to ensure adherence to SLA and quality standards. Participate in transition planning, including knowledge transfer, documentation review, and shadow support activities. Drive continuous improvement in support processes and performance. Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to track service metrics, report performance, and plan resource allocation. Maintain asset, configuration, and access management accuracy across supported systems. Ensure compliance with security policies, IT guidelines, and customer requirements. Profile Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field. 3 years+ IT support experience Strong technical background in Windows, Office 365, endpoint management, and hardware troubleshooting. Familiarity with basic network support (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi‑Fi). Experience in transition or service onboarding projects preferred. ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience in ITSM processes an advantage. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team coordination skills.
