Job Description As a Senior UXUI Designer, your main responsibilities will include: Designing intuitive user interfaces and experiences that align with business objectives. Collaborating with technology and business teams to gather and translate user needs into functional designs. Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts effectively. Conducting usability testing and refining designs based on feedback. Ensuring designs adhere to branding and accessibility standards. Staying updated on industry trends and applying them to enhance user experiences. Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines efficiently. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior UXUI Designer should have: Proven experience in UX and UI design, preferably within the technology or insurance industry. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
