Establish and embed delivery plans for one or more workstream components within the overall delivery programme for the eMPF Platform Company Limited. Ensure standard project management disciplines and scope are applied, including progress reporting, plan management, dependency and resource management, risk and assumption management, and budget control. Work across multiple internal and external workstreams related to technology, process design, operations, vendor management, and commercial delivery as required. Ensure timely and effective communication across programme workstreams and with internal and external stakeholders. Drive, monitor, and report on delivery progress throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. Apply proactive risk management practices to maximise project success. Manage an indirect delivery team, often including third-party suppliers. To Succeed in this Role Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines. Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in IT project delivery. Experience in digital transformation and/or MPF or pension operations is an advantage. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred. Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in financial services and/or the public sector, focusing on technology‑driven projects. Proven experience in managing complex digital projects across the full lifecycle, particularly testing and implementation phases. Experience overseeing vendor delivery for large‑scale or complex projects. Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external. Highly driven, structured, proactive, and analytical, with excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Able to perform well under pressure and in dynamic environments. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Motivated to work in a start‑up‑style environment with flexibility and adaptability to change.
