To recruit and select quality brokers, which align with business direction of the Company, for meeting sales plan, business target Support business growth in sustainability manner Build solid rapport with business partnersby visits and relationship building with various levels from management, administration head as well as technical representatives To bring up idea and design tailor made campaigns / sales support / training / to activate and / or maintain active business relationship To plan and utilize the agreed financials support and business strategy with alignment with internal stakeholder(s) to maximize the top line To conduct product trainings to broker partners and build up edge to promote Company’s product to broker market To drive and build sustainability business with both product and broker segment diversification Provide market intelligent to enhance the underwriting process To conduct annual due diligence on our brokers to make sure the Company work with quality partners To manage all compliance issues of assigned brokers or segment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of practical broker channel sales experience in the life insurance industry. Proven track record in business development and relationship management within the insurance sector. Experience in product training and development, particularly in the Bermuda insurance market. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strategic thinking with a focus on sustainable growth and compliance. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and identify new business opportunities.
