Due to succession planning, they are looking for an Office Manager to supervise the team in Hong Kong and support overseas offices. About the Role Reporting to the Head of HR & Admin, supervise 1-2 subordinates in Hong Kong and Shenzhen office Overseeing daily operations, managing office supplies, and maintaining office equipment Managing office budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency Be the person in charge of any renovation and facilities management projects Serving as a point of contact between management, staff, and external clients or vendors Ensuring that office policies and procedures are followed and updated as necessary Require business travel and ensure smooth office operation in Shenzhen Assist in any ad hoc tasks if required The Successful Applicant Bachelor degree in business management or any related discipline With minimum 10 years of office admin experience in multinational firm Solid experience in managing office admin budget, leasing agreement & negotiation With strong negotiation and vendor management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Advance in MS Office and computing skills Click "Apply Now" to apply for this position or call Kobe Lo at for a confidential discussion.
