Accountant (Family Office)

Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain a full set of accounts, facilitating month-end closing, and preparation of monthly management accounts with reconciliation schedules. Support the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts. Actively participate in payment applications, facilitating thorough expense analysis. Support administrative tasks for finance and accounting functions, contributing to the smooth operation of the department. Assist in year‑end audit processes, liaising with external auditors as necessary. Preparation of statutory financial statements and tax filings in compliance with IRO. Actively assist in any ad-hoc finance and accounting‑related tasks as required. Job Requirements A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of corporate accounting experience in a credible company. Experience in a professional accounting firm is an advantage. Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles. Solid knowledge of the latest accounting standards and tax regulations. Proficient in MS Office and experience in using financial ERP systems will be an asset. Familiarity with digitalization, e‑payment and automation in accounting processes is a plus. High ethical standards, professional integrity, and strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Self‑motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
