Asst Manager/Sr Sales Engineer - Maintenance (Sales) (Ref: AM/SSE/MTS-CT&RM) Handling maintenance agreements renewal through proposal & negotiations Administer tender procedures including documentation, submissions, interviews for contracts award Liaising with clients & inter-divisions for sales target achievement Achieve sales growth in services repair business through a combination of the up‑selling and cross‑selling of our existing customer base Liaising with client for Repair Sales to achieve sales target Follow up customer‑related administration including sales reporting, payments monitoring, complaints handling Work closely with client and maintain good Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Other relevant sales promotional activities such as client visits, seminars & presentations Requirements Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Business / Marketing / Science or relevant subjects 2 years or above relevant working experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Services, experience in lift industry is definitely an advantage Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Presentable, independent and self‑motivated Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager Benefits Performance Bonus 5‑day work week Medical Scheme Life Insurance Education Sponsorship Public Holiday We offer competitive remuneration package and promising career opportunities to the successful candidates.
