Job Description - Quality Improvement Assistant (Ref: 25000004M)

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support, liaison and logistics work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and deliver quality assurance culture training and promotional events
  • Provide logistical and administrative support, collect feedback and compile reports on quality assurance performance
  • Facilitate the development of improvement initiatives and liaise with the promotion team to integrate promotion activities with quality assurance culture
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma in Business Management, Information / Computer science or related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience preferable in quality management or event management
  • Good knowledge of software applications including MS Office
  • Good interpersonal, communication, report writing and analytical skills
