Job Summary As a member Zurich’s Partnership team, assist Business Development Manager to develop win-win solutions and relationships for Zurich’s partners and promote growth in Zurich’s partnership channel to introduce more customers to Zurich’s insurance products and deliver revenues to the overall business Job Accountabilities Explore opportunities: with all internal or external industry data, business knowledge, Zurich’s strategy and internal capabilities, identify new and significant industries/ segments/ opportunities to focus on Prioritize and pitch: assist Business Development Manager to identify the right potential partner with the best business impact and prepare professional pitching deck and materials aligned with Zurich’s strategy and branding for new business opportunity Define needs and solutions: work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify customer needs, provide innovative and customer centric business solutions to customers Campaign Management: Own business development campaigns from planning to execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure profitable growth and customer acquisition Performance monitoring: Establish and manage performance monitoring mechanisms. Analyze figures, report results, and take action to improve outcomes against business objectives and KPIs Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or related fields Strong business acumen and marketing sense, with a proactive and innovative approach Proven project management skills with solid work exposure to work independently and drive new initiatives to support partnership growth Strong independence with ability to lead projects and deliver results from end to end Sensitive to figures and sales performance, with a results-oriented mindset Track record of delivering impactful, innovative partnerships (digital preferred) Expertise to build strong relationships, responsive to customer needs and new business opportunities proactively Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) Good communication on written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task, prioritize, and influence stakeholders Passion, sense, and knowledge of digital and e-commerce as well as knowledge and interest of insurance Eager to achieve and comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environment for quick and significant result Candidates with less experience can be considered for Senior Officer position At Zurich, we like to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
