Assistant Security Manager (Date Centers/Banks) (Mon-Fri) Our client is a leading data center operator in Hong Kong. They are seeking a dedicated Assistant Security Manager to join their dynamic team. Apply now to advance your career in a cutting‑edge, security‑focused environment Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing daily security operations, including monitoring surveillance systems, access controls, and intrusion detection systems. Support the implementation and enforcement of security policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Aid in investigating and resolving security incidents, preparing detailed reports, and recommending corrective actions. Supervise and train security personnel to ensure adherence to protocols and high performance standards. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose improvements. Collaborate with IT, facilities, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of security measures. Coordinate with the access control and key systems for all visitors. Assist in developing and testing emergency response plans to address potential threats or disasters. Maintain accurate records of security incidents, audits, and personnel training in the company database. Requirements: DSE or above. At least 5 years of experience in security or customer service, with 3+ years in a supervisory role. Able to work independently, with strong leadership, discipline, and clear communication skills. Team player with a positive attitude, eager to learn and support company goals. Good command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for reports and communication. Valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS certificate.
