Deliver quality customer services to members and other stakeholders. Responsible for all membership related administration works. Prepare monthly billing and reports in a timely manner. Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned. You might fit for the role if you have… Diploma or above in business administration or related discipline. Experience in customer services in travel industry is preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proactive, detail-minded and able to work multi task in a fast-paced environment.
