Head of Investment Products Department (To B) Add expected salary to your profile for insights Develop promotion and enablement plans for financial products targeting institutional clients. Collaborate closely with the institutional sales team to plan and organize professional seminars, strategy meetings, joint roadshows, and other market activities for institutional clients, enhancing the brand's influence in the B2B market. Conduct in-depth research on the business needs and compliance requirements of institutional clients. Transform product features into professional solutions that address their pain points (e.g., customized products, asset allocation proposals, investment advisory outsourcing services). Lead the creation of in-depth product analyses, market insight reports, and other materials to provide support to institutional clients. Formulate Asset Under Management (AUM) growth plans for institutional clients, focusing on deepening relationships with existing clients and supporting the acquisition of new clients. Establish regular service and review mechanisms for institutional clients. Enhance client loyalty by providing professional content such as investment performance reviews, market updates, and strategy adjustment recommendations. Provide regular professional product training to internal and external sales teams, communicating product strategies, key selling points, and compliance essentials to enhance the expertise and effectiveness of the B2B sales force. Drive the implementation of product approvals, training support, joint marketing initiatives, and other related tasks. Collect and relay feedback from channels and institutional clients to facilitate the optimization of internal product design, operational services, and compliance processes. Team Building and Management: Responsible for building, daily management, and talent development of the B2B product operations team, fostering an expert team with deep product knowledge and strong B2B service capabilities. Job Requirements: Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or higher. Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial industry, with at least 5 years in sales support, channel management, product management, or institutional client service at financial institutions such as overseas securities firms or international banks. A minimum of 3 years of team management experience is required. Possess substantial B2B service experience, with a deep understanding of the operational models and core pain points in institutional business. Prior successful experience in expanding or serving large institutional clients/channels is preferred. Professional Knowledge & Skills: Proficient in financial products for institutions (e.g., institutional share class mutual funds, overseas bonds, structured products, etc.), and familiar with institutional business compliance processes. Excellent solution design and PowerPoint presentation creation skills, capable of producing professional-grade proposal materials and engaging in effective professional dialogue with various partners. Core Competencies: Exceptional cross-departmental collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to effectively integrate internal and external resources to drive business execution.
