Curriculum Coordinator (Secondary School) Support secondary school faculty in curriculum alignment with biblical worldview, and instructional planning according to principles of Understanding by Design. Collaborate on textbook and resource alignment. Ensure curriculum meets college admissions and career objectives. Provide one‑on‑one and group coaching; assist with new faculty orientation. Manage AP exam administration and compliance with College Board requirements. Oversee schoolwide professional development initiatives; provide training on learning management systems and digital tools. Assist faculty in communicating standards‑based frameworks. Update course booklets and manuals; maintain engagement with academic leadership; collaborate on student learning programs; provide classroom support as needed. WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH Strong passion and commitment to Christian education, and the ability to integrate biblical principles in their teaching. A master’s degree in Education or Curriculum & Instruction awarded by an accredited university. Supervised teaching practice of Physical Education (K‑12) must be a required component of the teacher training programme (e.g. BEd., PGCE or PGDE). A minimum 5 years’ classroom teaching to secondary school students. Familiarity with international school curriculum and pedagogy is preferred. A Cognitive Coaching certification (or willingness to train) Experience with standards‑based curriculum and assessment is highly preferred. Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in problem‑solving and strategic thinking. A team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset, and the ability to interact positively with faculty, students and parents in all aspects of school life.
