The Opportunity This role sits at the intersection of engineering and trading, developing cutting‑edge front‑end applications that directly impact how the firm trades and analyzes markets. You’ll work across multiple business lines, collaborating with developers, quants, and traders to build interfaces that bring performance, reliability, and design excellence together. Key Responsibilities Design and build high‑quality front‑end applications that support new trading styles and research workflows Collaborate directly with internal users to understand requirements and deliver user‑centric solutions Extend and enhance the firm’s suite of mission‑critical tools and interfaces Contribute to a collaborative, globally distributed engineering culture What We’re Looking For A passion for creating fast, intuitive, and visually appealing front‑ends used daily in high‑stakes environments Strong understanding of software engineering principles , testing, and CI/CD practices Experience working with SQL databases (Postgres, MySQL) Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams Bonus Skills Back‑end development exposure in Python (Tornado, FastAPI, or Django) Familiarity with visualization libraries such as D3.js, ag‑grid, or React Charts Experience with real‑time systems , message queues (Kafka) , or caching layers (Redis) Interest in financial markets or trading systems Why Apply?
