Responsible for overseeing the financial situation of the projects from initial planning through completion, including but not limited to develop project budgets, forecast financial status and monitor spending against the budget. Work closely with project teams to ensure all the expenses claims and reports are aligned with the approved funding. Lead the project audits and liaise with the auditors. Monitor and manage the cash flow, ensuring liquidity and accurate forecasting. Follow up overdue accounts with respective teams. Handle refund and credit card dispute if needed. Work closely with the Leasing team to track and reconcile rental income, security deposits etc. Participate in different finance functions e.g. budgeting, preparing and analysing monthly management reports etc. Manage outsourcing accounting vendor to ensure the services can meet the SLA. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in ad hoc tasks/projects, analysis and assignments as required by the Finance Manager. Job Requirements: Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related discipline. At least 5 years or above relevant working experience. Qualified ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent internationally recognised accounting qualification is preferred. Experience and knowledge of using SUN Accounting System is an advantage. Excellent analytical abilities and problem‑solving skills. Able to perform multi‑tasks. Self‑motivated, detailed‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently. Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese. Proficient in MS application particularly in Excel.
