Junior Digital, Design & Social Media Project Manager The Role App It is seeking a skilled and motivated Digital, Design & Social Media Project Manager to play an important role within our team. This unique position sits at the intersection of technology, business, and client success. You will be a point of contact for our key clients, responsible for nurturing relationships, understanding our strategic goals, and ensuring the successful execution and delivery of our projects. Key Responsibilities Client & Account Management, UI / UX Design, Social Media Platform Management Serve as the primary strategic partner and point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Conduct regular strategic business reviews to understand client objectives, identify new opportunities, and ensure continued satisfaction and value. Proactively manage client expectations, communications, and escalations, ensuring transparency and trust. Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the sales team to secure renewals and expand the scope of work. Project Management / Social Media & Design Management Work with colleagues on the end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple, concurrent complex application development projects, from discovery and scoping to launch and post-launch support. Develop project plans, including scope and schedule. Facilitate regular touch points to ensure the team is aligned and productive. Work closely with technical team and designer to break down complex requirements into user stories and a well-prioritized product backlog. Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external clients, translating technical concepts into business language and vice versa. Lead client meetings, presentations, and workshops with confidence and professionalism. Foster a collaborative environment between the client and the App It team, ensuring alignment and shared vision. Qualifications & Required Skills Experience: 1+ years of combined experience in a project management and client-facing account management role, preferably within a digital agency, software consultancy, or tech product company. Project Management Understanding: Ability to manage timelines and resources for projects. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Slack, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Trello). Client Relationship & Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese. Ensuring client satisfaction, navigating complex stakeholder situations and conversations. Organizational Skills: Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
