We are a dynamic, growing team where creativity meets strategy, and we are looking for a talented Junior Multimedia Designer to help us bring our most ambitious ideas to life. Candidate must be based in Hong Kong and does not require a Visa. The Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Junior Multimedia Designer to join our creative team. You will work directly under the Creative Director to execute high-end visual assets across digital and print platforms. This is a hands‑on role for a designer who has a keen eye for detail, a passion for the luxury aesthetic, and a desire to grow in a fast‑paced, excellence‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Design & execution: create stunning, on‑brand visual assets for a variety of client projects, including social media content, digital advertising, presentation decks, email campaigns, and print collateral. Motion graphics: develop elegant, simple motion graphics for social media (e.g., Instagram Stories, Reels) and digital ads to enhance storytelling and engagement. Video editing: assist in editing and producing short‑form video content for digital platforms, ensuring a premium finish that aligns with client brand guidelines. Asset production: prepare and retouch images, format documents, and build templates to ensure the highest quality output across all deliverables. Collaboration: work closely with the Creative Coordinator and Strategist to ensure designs effectively meet both creative and strategic goals. Who You Are A recent graduate or a designer with 2‑3 years of experience, preferably in an agency or luxury‑adjacent environment. Software expert: proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro is essential. Luxury aesthetic: your portfolio demonstrates a clear understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory, with an eye for the refined, minimalist, and premium aesthetic that luxury brands demand. A quick learner: you are adaptable, eager to learn new techniques, and can take creative direction and feedback to execute revisions swiftly and accurately. Meticulous & organised: you have an impeccable eye for detail and can manage multiple tasks without compromising on quality. A team player: you are collaborative, proactive, and understand that in a small team, every contribution matters.
