Assistant Product Manager

About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join the Product team at Chinese Pharmaceuticals (HK) Co., Limited as an Assistant Product Manager. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for managing the development, launch, and ongoing optimisation of the company's health food products. Based in our modern offices in Kwun Tong, you will play a key role in shaping the strategy and success of our expanding product portfolio. What you'll be doing Lead the development, launch, and promotion of new products targeting young consumers, including healthly Food, snacks, and beverages. Assist in creating youth-focused marketing strategies, building brand image, conducting trend research, budget planning, and competitor analysis. Identify and develop new digital and video marketing platforms (such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu) to reinforce a youthful brand presence. Oversee all video production planning, including concept development, shooting, and scriptwriting. Design and drive digital acquisition strategies to achieve new customer sales targets among young demographics. Support product selection, product launches, and ad‑hoc promotional campaigns; develop comprehensive marketing materials for ATL & BTL campaigns, including copywriting, digital and print advertising, SEO, SEM, SMS, etc. Build and nurture relationships with KOLs, influencers, PR partners, editors, and bloggers—especially those with youth market influence. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing and promotional activities, recommending enhancements as needed. Manage product portfolio, including inventory control and revenue forecasting. Drive SEO and content marketing initiatives (keyword research, article writing, trending video production) to boost search engine ranking. Analyse and monitor youth market trends locally and internationally (especially in Asia), propose and participate in innovative programs to expand sales and profitability. Leverage an understanding of Japanese and Korean pop culture, applying trending elements to marketing activities to engage young consumers. Manage key accounts and foster long‑term collaborative partnerships. What we’re looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, ideally within the health supplements, food or FMCG industry Proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer products Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and user insights Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with teams across the organisation Thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape and quality standards in the health supplements/food industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese Degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or consumer science What we offer At Chinese Pharmaceuticals (HK) Co., Limited, we are committed to creating a dynamic and supportive work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
