Job Description Company Overview Established Hong Kong-based shipping and logistics firm with over 40 years of industry experience Specializes in container feeder services, freight forwarding, and comprehensive logistics solutions Role Summary You will drive growth in the freight forwarding division Individual contributor role with no team management responsibilities Purpose of the role is to expand market share, build new potential customers, and enhance relationships with existing clients, overseas agents, and international partners Responsible for generating qualified sales leads, following up to secure business, and leveraging own professional network to strengthen market presence Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share Provide professional service and account management to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Generate qualified sales leads through targeted digital marketing and social media campaigns Follow up with new leads and potential clients to convert opportunities into confirmed business Expand business opportunities by leveraging own professional network and industry connections Manage and optimize company presence across digital platforms to enhance brand visibility Use digital marketing and social media tools not only for lead generation but also to enhance customer relations through frequent engagement with clients and agents Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online prospecting, networking, and outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and international clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities Prepare and present business proposals and performance reports to clients and senior management Ideal Candidate Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development or digital marketing within freight forwarding or logistics Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management for both lead generation and client engagement Strong experience in managing relationships with overseas agents and international clients Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and social media platforms Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred Willingness to travel internationally as required Terms and Benefits Five-day work week: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 12 days of annual leave Birthday leave Medical insurance Supportive work environment with a focus on work-life balance To Apply For This Job Or Similar Jobs Please attach your CV with salary expected to JPC Recruiting Services was established in 1990.
