Manager/AVP, Business & Platform Management - Commercial Banking (QA focus) Add expected salary to your profile for insights Perform regular quality assurance checking related to regulated activities (including but not limited to Investment & Insurance ("I&l"), account opening, KYC, CDD / EDD) Investigate and analyze the deficiencies found and make detailed and timely communication and follow-up actions with frontline staff Review and analyze underwriting policies procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Prepare internal reports with related MIS information and analysis for management review Manage and support ad-hoc tasks related to the & quality control and AML monitoring functions Assist in providing recommendation to improve and / or streamline frontline handling process Support various ad-hoc tasks (e.g. regular reassessment, audit inquiries and request) Required Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management or other related disciplines Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry Familiar with regulatory requirements and industry standards on regulated activities Good team player with sound analytical, planning and interpersonal skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) Please specify your current and expected package in your application for reference.
