Responsibilities Serve as the Modular GM, participate in formulating the overall development strategy of the company's overseas business, and decompose and refine it into the annual work plan of the Design and R&D Department. Manage overseas and domestic design teams to ensure all designs meet the production requirements of modular buildings and are delivered on time, on quality, and in line with customer requirements. Be responsible for the management and operation of domestic companies, including team building, factory identification and management, and project implementation and follow‑up. Guide the formulation of project plans, supervise project design schemes, implementation quality and delivery results, and effectively control project cycles and costs. Manage domestic and foreign procurement and supply chain teams, maintain the supply chain to ensure procurement is completed in accordance with design and construction process requirements, production schedules, as well as cost and quality guarantees. Responsible for the seamless connection between the department and Marketing Department, Procurement Department, Production Department, Transportation Department, and overseas branches. Conduct research on local building regulations at the project location, guide project design schemes to meet both requirements and local building standards, ensuring smooth project delivery. Establish connections with local construction bureaus, apply for and obtain modular building certification qualifications as needed. Reasonably allocate human resources and optimize organizational structure according to departmental goals, assist HR in formulating effective performance appraisal mechanisms, and establish sound training systems and career development paths. Requirements More than 10 years of work experience, background in modular R&D & design or structural engineering, and must have practical experience in managing complete overseas projects (especially in the UK). In-depth understanding of modular design/technology, as well as familiarity with local building standards and laws and regulations. Rich resources and insights into a full range of supply chains including domestic and foreign technical certifications, procurement, and maritime shipping. Strong business acumen, high initiative, and professional competence; able to dive deep into work details, with excellent communication and coordination skills; outgoing, decisive, resilient, and proactive in cross‑functional collaboration to address relevant issues. Capable of identifying unresolved problems/bottlenecks in key projects, organizing meetings, and promoting the implementation of solutions. Strong organizational influence and charisma, responsible, and willing to take on challenging tasks. English proficiency sufficient for working purposes.
