Drawing on strengths from our decades of experience, GDN Lab at Sham Shui Po will serve as an Innovation Hub to facilitate product development, commercialization and technical transfer to the baking industry. Position We invite high caliber candidates to join our team as Barista (Part time) . About the JOB: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee‑based beverages; Maintain the coffee counter and shop area tidy and clean, ensure the environment of the shop operation smooth and safety. Take customer orders, process payments accurately; Monitor and restock inventory of different materials and other; Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about our coffee offerings and providing recommendations. About the Person: Minimum 2 years of work experience as Barista, with ability to calibrate grinder and espresso machine; F. 5 / DSE / Diploma holder or above; Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a passion for coffee; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Strong multitasking and time management skills; Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
