If so, we’d love to get to know you WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS? The Greeter plays an important part in the client’s first impression of the Maison and is the first point of contact. This role will assist in delivering the luxury experience, providing outstanding customer service and conveying passion for the brand during every interaction. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for all clients visiting the boutique. Greet all clients and ease their wait (offer drinks, show catalogs…). Organize queue (inside/outside the boutique) and waiting area. Handle queue management tools and inform clients on waiting time. Be aware of all upcoming client appointments in the day to welcome them accordingly. Help clients to make appointment for a later visit. Collect client inquiries (objectives of their visit) and be able to inform them on the requests (product availabilities, waiting time…). Dispatch clients who waited to the right person once available. Support the boutique operation tasks when needed.
