Job Responsibilities (English) Diligently implement approved construction plans, rationally organize, scientifically guide, ensure progress, and successfully complete various construction tasks; Manage team operations, coordinate processes, schedule personnel, assist with project site acceptance, material procurement, and arrangements; Prepare technical disclosure documents, coordinate construction progress, quality, and safety, supervise workers to follow drawings and standards, and ensure safe and civilized construction; Ensure timely arrival of workers, materials, and equipment in qualified condition to facilitate smooth project execution; and Maintain construction logs, compile team workload data, and organize related documentation. 工作內容 (Chinese) 認真貫徹執行已批准的施工方案，合理安排、科學引導、保證進度，順利完成各項施工任務； 負責班組指揮、工序協調、人員調度、協助專案進場驗收、材料採購及安排； 負責技術交底書，協調施工進度、品質、安全，監督施工人員按圖、按規範施工，確保安全生產，文明施工； 督促施工人員、材料、設備等物資按時進場並處於合格狀態，確保工程順利進行；和 撰寫施工日誌，匯總班組工作量及資料整理。 Job Requirements (English) Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering management or related fields; Project work occurs at night, with flexible adjustments to working hours based on project needs; ability to adapt to periodic high‑intensity work schedules and comply with project‑based management; Over 3 years of experience in the engineering industry; proficient in Office, CAD drawing, and Project management software; Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and Cantonese; knowledge of BIM and non‑excavation restoration technologies is preferred; and Strong communication and learning abilities, diligent and responsible, with a solid sense of teamwork. 工作要求 (Chinese) 本科及以上學歷，工程管理相關專業； 專案施工時間為夜間，根據專案情況靈活調整工作時間，能夠適應階段性高強度工作安排，能服從專案制管理； 擁有三年以上工程行業工作經驗；熟練掌握辦公、CAD繪圖及 project 專案管理等軟體的操作； 能夠使用普通話和粵語同時交流；瞭解BIM、非開挖修復相關技術優先考慮；和 具備較強的溝通能力和學習能力，認真踏實，責任心強，具備團隊合作精神。 Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Other and Engineering Industries Civil Engineering, Architecture and Planning, and Construction All personal data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
