About Our Position This role requires overall responsibility for site coordination, engineering supervision, and safety management related to marine lifting and flat‑top barge operations.本職位需全面負責與海事吊運及平板船操作相關的地盤協調、工程監督及安全管理。 Location : Tai Po / Ngong Shuen Chau / North Point (大埔 / 昂船洲 / 北角) Key Accountabilities And Duties Marine Lifting & Barge Operations: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all marine lifting and barge activities. Liaise with vessel captains, crane operators, and dive teams for clear execution. Calculate loads, develop safe lifting plans, and select appropriate gear. Supervise the entire loading, transport, and unloading process, ensuring cargo is secured. Monitor tides, sea states, and weather to inform operational decisions. Engineering Planning: Read and interpret engineering drawings and methodologies. Develop detailed method statements for marine activities. Monitor site progress, quality, and costs. Coordinate the deployment of labor, plant, and vessel‑related materials. Safety Management: Strictly enforce company safety systems and Hong Kong OSHO ordinances, particularly for work at sea. Conduct daily inspections, identify high‑risk hazards (e.g., man‑overboard, lifting incidents), and implement controls. Chair Tool Box Meetings and safety briefings. Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions. Mandate appropriate PPE, including life jackets. Team Management: Lead site workers and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient work. Act as the key liaison between management, staff, clients, and government departments (e.g., Marine Department). Prepare and submit daily reports and progress documentation. 主要工作職責 負責規劃、協調及監督所有涉及海上吊運 (Marine Lifting) 及平板船 (Flat‑top Barge / Pontoon) 使用的工程活動。與團隊保持良好溝通，以確保工程順利進行。計算載重量，制定安全的起重計劃，並選擇合適的設備。監督整個裝載、運輸和卸載過程，確保貨物固定妥當。監測潮汐、海況和天氣狀況，以做出適當的決策。 了解工程圖則、規格及海事施工流程。為海上項目制定詳細的操作說明。監督現場進度、質量和成本。協調設備和與船舶相關材料的使用。 與安全主任嚴格執行公司的安全管理制度及香港的職業安全與健康（OSHO）條例，特別是《海上工作安全》相關規例。進行日常檢查，識別高風險隱患（例如人員落水、起重事故等），並實施相應的控制措施。 帶領工人和施工團隊，以確保工作安全、高效進行，並成為公司和客戶以及政府部門之間的聯絡人，每日提交報告及工作進度文件。 Required Knowledge Or Skills Recognized diploma/certificate in Construction, Engineering, or Occupational Safety & Health. Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Hong Kong construction site experience, specifically in marine works, lifting, or barge operations. Must hold a valid Green, Silver, or Gold Safety Card. Proficient in Hong Kong construction and marine safety regulations. Fluent spoken Cantonese; able to read Chinese technical documents. Basic written English. Physically fit for outdoor and marine work. T3 Certificate or higher in a relevant engineering field is preferred.
