Why We Have This Role We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive based in Hong Kong who will own all sales activities within their assigned territory. You will lead prospecting, lead generation, sales calls, and manage the entire sales cycle—from proposal to contract negotiation and deal closure. Your impact will be measured by meeting and exceeding sales goals while delivering exceptional integrity, quality, and customer service. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Directors and the marketing team to grow Qualtrics’ footprint across key industries including mid‑size to large companies, governments, NPOs, and academic institutions. How You’ll Find Success Takes initiative and works entrepreneurially to achieve outcomes Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas consistently Skilled at acquiring and developing new clients within complex sales cycles Expert negotiator comfortable closing deals and managing contracts Ability to sell complex SaaS platforms (specifically Qualtrics XM) to strategic accounts Clear and compelling communicator with storytelling skills to connect features to client needs Comfortable working in a bilingual environment with strong proficiency in Chinese and English How You’ll Grow Sharpen your sales and problem‑solving skills in a dynamic SaaS environment Learn to manage and overcome challenges by developing creative solutions Gain experience working with an international, cross‑functional team Access ongoing coaching and structured career development opportunities within Qualtrics Grow your network and influence across industries and enterprise clients Things You’ll Do Lead all sales activities in your territory, from identifying prospects to closing deals, driving incremental product revenue Acquire new clients and negotiate sales of Qualtrics’ Experience Management platform to mid‑sized and large organizations Guide potential customers through tailored sales presentations that demonstrate how Qualtrics features meet their specific needs Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders in client organizations Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute demand generation campaigns and follow up on event and trade show leads Stay current on competitive landscape and market trends to shape winning proposals, pricing, and offers Represent Qualtrics at conferences and industry events to deepen market presence and generate leads What We’re Looking For On Your Resume Bachelor’s degree or higher 6+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in SaaS or related technology sales Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in Hong Kong or similar markets Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English Experience with cold calling and pipeline development Proficiency with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM tools Highly competitive, self‑motivated, and with a strong work ethic What You Should Know About This Team Small, tight‑knit team of driven, intelligent, and organized professionals Collaborative culture that encourages knowledge sharing and supports individual achievement Focused on exceeding ambitious quarterly and annual goals tied directly to company growth Great opportunity to grow your career in a fast‑paced, innovative technology company Passionate about delivering value to clients and fostering long‑term partnerships Our Team’s Favourite Perks And Benefits A comprehensive total rewards package consisting of base, incentives and generous benefits.
