About the Role: As a Retail Operations Leader, you will be at the heart of our business transformation—bridging physical retail and eCommerce through smart process design, system implementation, and continuous improvement. You’ll own end‑to‑end operational workflows, enhance cross‑department collaboration, and ensure our technology ecosystem (ERP, WMS, CRM, web, loyalty) delivers outstanding efficiency and agility. Key Duties: Analyze and redesign business processes across retail, eCommerce, supply chain, and logistics to boost productivity and accuracy. Lead system integration projects from requirements to rollout including ERP, website and POS. Develop and standardize operating practices to ensure consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Act as the key liaison between departments, vendors, and tech teams to align business needs with system capabilities. Monitor KPIs related to operational performance, cost efficiency, and customer experience. Drive automation and digital initiatives that enhance omni‑channel operations. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years in retail operations, business analysis, or process optimization with exposure to eCommerce/digital systems. Hands‑on experience in operations, system implementation (ERP/CRM). Strong understanding of omni‑channel retail flows—from online to in‑store inventory, POS, and customer data. Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to engage stakeholders and lead projects end‑to‑end. Proactive problem‑solver with a data‑driven mindset and a passion for innovation. Why Join?
